Auto-Renewal

Cancellations

Refunds

Failed Payments & Suspension

Enterprise & Institutional Subscriptions
Enterprise or institutional subscriptions may be governed by separate agreements. Where such agreements exist, their terms take precedence over this Policy.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Disputes or chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Review of the account for potential misuse

Compliance with Laws
