- Plagiarized, spun, or unattributed AI-generated content

- Minimum: 1,200 words
- Recommended: 1,500–2,500 words
Deep-Dive / Feature Articles
We value depth over brevity. Articles should explain why and how, not just what.
- Writing Style & Tone
- Professional, clear, and confident
- Insight-driven, not promotional
- Neutral and analytical in tone
- Original POV and first-hand experience encouraged
- Avoid hype, buzzwords, and exaggerated claims
Write for experienced professionals, not beginners.
- Structure & Formatting
Each article should include:
- A clear, compelling headline
- A strong opening paragraph (context + value)
- Logical subheadings (H2/H3)
- Short paragraphs (2–4 lines)
- Bullet points where useful
- A clear conclusion or takeaway
Use real examples, data, or case references wherever possible.
- Originality, AI Use & Attribution
- Submissions must be 100% original
- Any use of AI tools must be disclosed and heavily edited
- Properly credit data, research, and quotes
- Link only to authoritative, relevant sources
- Self-referencing is allowed only when contextually relevant
Plagiarism or undisclosed AI use will result in immediate rejection.
- Author Bio & Credit
Each submission must include:
- Author name
- Short bio (50–80 words)
- Current role and organization (if applicable)
- One relevant link (LinkedIn, personal site, or company)
Overly promotional bios will be edited.
- Editorial Review & Editing
- All submissions undergo editorial review
- Editors may suggest changes for clarity, tone, or structure
- Final editorial decisions rest with TheByteBeam
- We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet standards
Editing is collaborative, but publication is not guaranteed.
- Sponsored & Partner Content
Sponsored content is handled separately and:
- Is clearly disclosed
- Must meet the same editorial standards as organic content
- Must be insight-led, not product-led
- Cannot include exaggerated claims or direct comparisons
